Refund Policy

VeggieBasket aims to deliver fresh products and a smooth ordering experience. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

When You Can Request a Refund

You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos or other evidence where possible.

Non‑Refundable Situations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contactveggiebasket@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request – VeggieBasket”.
  3. Include your order ID, delivery date, issue description, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Gateway Standard Terms

All online payments for VeggieBasket orders are processed securely through our payment gateway providers. Your card and UPI details are handled directly by the payment gateway and are not stored by VeggieBasket. In case of a refund, the amount (if approved) will be credited back only to the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the policies of the respective bank/payment provider.


Delete Your VeggieBasket Account

If you no longer wish to use the VeggieBasket app, you can request permanent deletion of your account. After deletion, you will not be able to log in or view your order history.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to contactveggiebasket@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete My VeggieBasket Account”.
  3. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can identify your account.

Processing Time

After we receive your request, our team will delete your account within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.
