These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VeggieBasket mobile app (“App”) operated by VeggieBasket. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

Orders and Payments

• All prices shown in the App are in ruppees and may include applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• An order is confirmed only after you complete payment and receive an confirmation message on your app.
• Payments are processed securely through third‑party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery times shown in the App are only estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
• You must be available at the delivery address during the time slot selected.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Interfering with the security or proper operation of the App.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, branding, images, and text, is owned by VeggieBasket or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or distribute this content without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time as described on the Refund & Delete page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
